The Process:
- A sample of your blood is drawn (similar to a routine lab test).
- The blood is processed in a high-quality centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. We use a double spin technique to concentrate the platelets.
- The PRP is precisely injected into the damaged or painful area using ultrasound or fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance for maximum accuracy.
The entire procedure is performed in-office and typically takes 30–60 minutes.

We specialize in targeted, image-guided PRP injections tailored to your specific pain generator. Benefits of PRP Therapy
- Uses your own biological material (autologous) → very low risk of allergic reaction
- Minimally invasive with little to no downtime
- Longer-lasting pain relief compared to corticosteroid injections
- Promotes natural healing rather than just masking symptoms
- Can delay or avoid surgery in many cases
- Excellent safety profile with minimal side effects
What to Expect: Most patients notice improvement within 4–8 weeks as the healing process takes effect. Some conditions respond best to a series of 2–3 injections spaced several weeks apart. Results can last 12–24+ months depending on the severity of the condition and individual healing response.
